Orange peel is often added to enhance other flavours in desserts, gravies, sauces, and meat dishes. Dried orange peel can also be used as a garnish. It is a tasty addition to herbal tea blends. In home brewing use in gin, spiced beer and meads, or add to plain wine such as apple to add a hint of the exotic and warm citrus tones. Goes great with ginger, coriander and cinnamon type flavours.
